Interested in growing your own produce and plants, but don’t have space in your backyard? Intrigued by the farm-to-fork concept? If so, Fishers Parks invites you to participate in the Community Garden Program (CGP).
The Community Garden Program (CGP) invites residents to rent a 10’ x 10’ plot of land at Cyntheanne Park to garden for the season for $30. Conventional and organic options are available, as well as a limited amount of 4’ x 9’ raised beds.
CGP gardeners are responsible for all prep, maintenance, upkeep, and winterization.
Registration for garden space opens the first Monday in January, and space fills very quickly. Gardening season opens to registrants Saturday, April 15.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE GARDEN PLOT PER HOUSEHOLD IS PERMITTED, DUE TO LIMITED PLOTS AND HIGH DEMAND.
