Want to host an event in Fishers? Each year, hundreds of special events are planned in Fishers. Fishers has a variety of facilities available to host everything from a small picnic to a multi-day festival.

Reserve a Municipal Venue

Parks & Shelters

Park buildings are available for use from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Shelters are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily from April through October. No alcohol is allowed without prior approval of the Event Committee. There are no rain dates, and fees are non-refundable. Find more info about Fishers Parks & Recreation's rentable facilities.

City Hall Rooms

Rooms in City Hall are available to Fishers residents and non-profit entities (non-commercial use only). No reoccurring events, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, or religious events may be held at City Hall. Events may take place on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (excluding holidays). Historic Ambassador House & Gardens

The Historic Ambassador House & Heritage Gardens is owned and operated by Fishers Parks & Recreation in cooperation with a volunteer Board of Directors. The fully restored 1820's home is a beautiful venue for weddings, wine tastings and horticulture clubs. Learn more about the Ambassador House.

Saxony Hall

Situated on Saxony Lake and Beach, the 4,500 square foot recreation building can be transformed for a variety of community uses. Available for rent year-round, the hall can accommodate banquet seating for up to 150 people. Learn more about Saxony Hall.

After Your Event

Anyone holding their event on city property is required to clean up afterward and leave the facility in the same condition it was found in.
