Fishers Parks is on a mission to help residents get out in nature, unplug from their busy lives, and enjoy ecotherapy in the great outdoors.
A study by the University of Essex indicates that spending time in nature can drop rates of depression by nearly 71 percent and boost mood and mindfulness. There’s no doubt that quality time outdoors is an easy first step toward taking care of yourself!
