Outside food and drinks are allowed with the exception of alcohol due to Indiana State Excise Law (Indiana Code 7.1-5-8-4). Food, beverage, and snack vendors will be on site, with some selling beer and wine.
The NPD AMP is located within the City of Fishers Municipal Complex at 6 Municipal Drive. On June 1, construction began on the Nickel Plate Trail pedestrian tunnel beneath 116th Street, which will be closed from east of Municipal Drive to west of Maple Street for approximately 60 days. All local business access will remain open. 106th Street will serve as the detour route during tunnel construction, with the detour beginning at Hague Road for eastbound thru traffic and Lantern Road for westbound thru traffic.
