Apply to be a Spark!Fishers vendor!

The Spark! Fishers planning committee is currently seeking vendors to showcase the City of Fishers and our smart, vibrant, entrepreneurial community. Available opportunities include food vendors, businesses/artists/organizations, and non-profit/educational vendors.

Booth Space

  • Festival Corporate Sponsors will receive priority on booth locations. Vendors will receive consideration based on the following order if application is received by March 15.
  1. Sponsor
  2. Fishers Business
  3. Service to Fishers’ community
  4. Previous involvement with Fishers Festivals/Events

Vendor Fees

$100 Non-Profit/Educational

  • Must provide proof of 501(c) designation
  • 10×10 tent provided, as needed-limited to first 60 vendors, or;
  • Provide your own 10×10 (preferably business branded) tent

$250 Secured Vendor

  • 10×10 tent provided, as needed-limited to first 60 vendors, or;
  • Provide your own 10×10 (preferably business branded) tent, or;
  • Food/Beverage Truck, Trailer or Pop-Up

$350 Secured Vendor with Electricity- LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

  • 10×10 tent provided, as needed-limited to first 60 vendors, or;
  • Provide your own 10×10 (preferably business branded) tent, or;
  • Food/Beverage Truck, Trailer or Pop-Up
  • Limited electricity

Booth Fee(s) payment may be made by check or credit card payable to The City of Fishers. Once accepted, all applications must submit payment by April 15 in order to be processed. Failure to submit payment will result in loss of booth space. Booth fees are non-refundable once paid.

Although duplication of vendor types will be allowed, Spark!Fishers retains the right to place limits on certain types of businesses within their discretion.

Spark!Fishers has the right to refuse Vendor Booth Space to any Vendor.

Move-In/Set-Up/Tear Down

  • Set up time is yet to be officially determined but will likely be on Saturday, June 30th from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
  • You must arrive at your assigned time or you will not be permitted to participate.
  • Vendors will receive exact booth assignments on-site and not before. Spark!Fishers reserves the right to place vendors in an alternate booth up to the event date.
  • Each vendor space will be marked and placed side-by-side with little to no room in between vendors. Vendor spaces cannot be switched or moved upon arrival for set-up.
  • Each vendor is responsible for supplying covering, tables, chairs, heavy duty 100ft. electrical cords to plug into generators and other equipment or signage you may need. All activities related to your booth must remain within your rented space. Vendor is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean booth space. All tenting must be secured and able to handle inclement weather including wind and rain. Please note: No outside generators will be allowed.

  • You must stay and cannot tear down your Booth Space until the event concludes after the Firework Display.
  • You are responsible for cleaning your area of trash and debris before you leave.

Permits & Inspection

  • Vendor is responsible for applying and paying for required permits, including but not limited to sales tax and food vendor, from county and state. Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits. Fire marshal will inspect all food vendor booths
  • Vendor shall maintain a valid liability (and for practitioners, malpractice) insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Spark!Fishers as an additional insured. Failure to provide proof of coverage at least two weeks prior to each event shall result in the release of your booth space.

Products/Menu/Services

Spark!Fishers reserves the right to deny sale of items that have not been listed on the application. Vendors are prohibited from selling or distributing WHISTLES, KAZOOS OR HELIUM BALLOONS. Magazines and other print media may not be distributed. Vendor shall not sell or distribute any item bearing the word mark Spark!Fishers or any logo reasonably similar to Spark!Fishers logo unless previously approved by Spark!Fishers in writing.

Parking

Vendors will receive two parking passes for vendor parking. Parking location will be detailed in the confirmation letter to be sent in June. If additional spots are needed vendors may park in general attendee lot.

Event Details

  • Please only apply if you can physically attend. You are contractually obligated to attend the events you are accepted to, unless written notification of withdrawal from the event is made in writing at least 14 days prior to June 30. Failure to adhere to this obligation will affect future consideration for participating as a vendor in future Fishers Parks and Recreation events.
  • Vendor booth must be open and staffed in ordinance with Exhibition Hours listed.
  • Spark!Fishers events take place rain or shine, and Vendor agrees to vend during Exhibition Hours, rain or shine.
  • Vendors must remain or next to their booth space area. You may not walk around the Event facility promoting your product/business.
  • Any harassment of the Spark!Fishers patrons or unauthorized rental or sale of merchandise will result in the immediate expulsion from the Event.
  • Vendor is solely responsible for securing exhibits and merchandise during the Event. Spark!Fishers will provide roving security during the event, but Spark!Fishers assumes no liability for loss, damage or theft of Vendor’s goods, materials or equipment, except to the extent Spark!Fishers has agreed in writing to assume liability for materials on-site and then only for any damage or theft solely due to the negligence or misconduct of Spark!Fishers. We recommend, but do not require, the removal of all valuable merchandise from the booth at the conclusion of the Event.
  • Spark!Fishers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond Spark!Fishers reasonable control, including, without limitation, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
  • Vendor shall permit photographs and video recording of their booths, employees and agents. All photographs and video footage shall be the sole property of Spark!Fishers and may be exploited by Spark!Fishers in any manner or media without obligation to Vendor. Please be aware that these materials are for City of Fishers use only and may be used in City-owned publications, website and social media.   • Termination. Before the Event, any agreement, including this Agreement, between Spark!Fishers and Vendor will be subject to cancellation by Spark!Fishers without cause upon 3 days prior written notice to Vendor at no cost to Spark!Fishers other than the refund of any deposit paid by Vendor. Spark!Fishers may terminate this Agreement at any time upon Spark!Fishers reasonable determination of cause, including, but not limited to, the violation of any of these Terms and Conditions. If such termination is made during the Event, the Vendor will immediately leave the grounds of the Event and any dispute regarding the existence or lack of existence of reasonable cause to terminate the agreement will be resolved after the Event.
